Sure, plenty of training plans are available online for free. They may give you a general idea of how many miles to run and when to do certain workouts. But what about pace? How fast should you run your tempo runs? Your easy runs? What if you don’t want to run 5 days per week? What if your tempo run is on your yoga day? Or if you want more than the “beginners” plan but less than the “advanced”? All those questions can make a one-size-fits-all training plan difficult to work with. This is why we offer custom training plans.
